Families NSW Project - For newly arrived migrants and refugee families
Auburn Diversity Services is seeking applications from suitable applicants for the position of Perinatal Worker – Afghan (Dari Speaker). This is a part-time position (10.5 hours per week) until 30 June 2010. The position is funded by the Department of Community Services (DoCS) under the Families NSW Strategy of the NSW Government. The aim of the position is to increase access to appropriate early intervention, perinatal programs and education for CALD families with children 0-2 years that are newly arrived migrants, refugees and humanitarian entrants.
Salary: Remuneration is based on SACS award Grade 2 Year 3, depending up on relevant qualifications and experience.
